Hey guys, long time no see! I've been swamped with college and con prep the past few months ;v;
I've passed 1000 pageviews and 90 watchers, so thank you very much guys!!!
That's why I am happy to introduce my first original species - one of two which I have planned right now!
Hope you guys like them; They come in different varieties other then Arabian Nights-ish , so I have a Chinese-themed and Egyptian-themed one in the works as well.
I don't plan to make many of them though....

If I had to choose this one would probably be Al-Hasa's spirit!

General Oasis Spirit Info
_{• Playful Genius loci of oases. They are born when a oasis appears in a dry region, and continue to live as long as their oasis has water in it. 
• They can leave their oases for small periods of time, usually taking a camel or horse familiar where they need to go. 
• They will usually spend most of their lives in solitude, though the biggest oases might attract water nymphs as well. They usually don’t see or interact with each other, but they can always feel each other’s presence.
• They are always friendly towards travelers and encourage them to drink from their waters. They also like to help guide the lost by creating mirages that lead to real oases.
• They have no need to eat (they only have to stay hydrated), but they do enjoy wine and grapes, so anyone can get on their good side if they offer them up to an Oasis Spirit. They also like shiny things!
• They have the ability to create mirages, so travelers must always be sure to be respectful unless they want to end up wandering the desert! They can also change their own appearance with this ability, or mask their entire oasis so people walk right past it! They don’t do that very often, though. They can use limited water magic as well.
• They are always seen with some kind of water container, like Aquarius the Water Bearer!
• They are referred to as different names in different cultures, as they appear from the Middle East all the way to China! Their appearances vary from region to region as well.}
